Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Brownies

Another fantastic treat where you miss the flour and sugar. The almond butter used is nutritious and very filling. You can enjoy this brownie and feel good!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 (16) oz jar salted almond butter, smooth roasted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ¼ cups agave nectar
  • 1 TBS vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sugar free, cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp celtic sea salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (73% cocoa)

 

  1. Preheat oven to 325ºF.
  2. In a large bowl blend with a hand blender until smooth:
  3. Add and combine:
  4. Blend in:
    • ½ cup sugar free, cocoa powder
    • ½ tsp celtic sea salt
    • 1 tsp baking soda
  5. Fold in:
    • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (73% cocoa)
  6. Grease a 9" x 13" baking pan and pour batter into dish.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
  8. Allow brownies to cool in the pan before serving, approximately 45 minutes.
