
Grilled Lobster with Garlic Butter
A little time on the grill heightens the natural flavor of this succulent meat.

INGREDIENTS:
- 8 lobster tails
- 5 TBS butter
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- lemon wedges
- Fill a large stock pot with water and bring to boil.
- Add to the boiling water:
- Boil the lobster tails for 5 minutes and then remove from the water.
- Place lobster tail on a cutting board, hard shell up, and carefully cut each tail in half.
- Turn over the lobster tail and look for the mud vein and remove it by pulling it out. You do not want to eat this.
- Preheat your grill. Set burners to medium heat.
- In the microwave or in a small melt:
- 5 TBS butter
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- Preheat your grill. Set burners to medium heat.
- Brush the cut side side of each lobster tail with the butter mixture.
- Place lobster tails, cut side down on the grill and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove from grill and serve with:
- remaining melter butter
- lemon wedges
