Mahi Mahi with Mango-Avocado Salsa

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 mahi mahi filets
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 1 mango, chopped
  • 2 TBS red onion, chopped
  • 2 TBS red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 TBS cilantro, chopped
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced

 

  1. Broil, grill or pan fry:
    • 4 mahi mahi filets
  2. While fish is cooking, combine in a bowl:
    • 1 avocado, chopped
    • 1 mango, chopped
    • 2 TBS red onion, chopped
    • 2 TBS red bell pepper, chopped
    • 1 TBS cilantro, chopped
    • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  3. Top each filet with 1/4 cup of mango-avocado salsa and serve.
