
Simple Stuffing
This is a classic stuffing to serve with your holiday meal. This recipe provides you with a delicious and moist side dish.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 loaf of bread
- 1 bunch of celery
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 2 TBS olive oil
- 1 TBS crushed garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Heat a large non-stick skillet and add:
- 2 TBS olive oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 bunch of celery, diced
- Cook until vegetables start to soften, approximately 7 minutes and add:
- Mix in with the vegetables:
- 1 loaf of bread, cut into 1 inch cubes
- Season with:
- 1 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Mix everything well and add:
- Reduce heat to low and simmer covered for 20 minutes. You can also put stuffing in a 9 x 11 Pyrex dish and bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes. Cover with foil to keep moist. If you like a crispier stuffing, keep uncovered.

Serving Suggestions: You can also substitute the chicken broth with any vegetable broth.
