A very aromatic cranberry sauce that appeals to your sense!
from Sunset Magazine, November 2006

Difficulty: Easy
Prep Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 20 mins, chill time (optional) 1 hour
Servings: 12
Serving Size: 1/2 cup
Serving Suggestions: This is a great garnish for any white meat: Mahogany Roasted Turkey, Roast Turkey, Pork Tenderloin. For another variation, try our orange-cranberry sauce or our Cosmopolitan Cranberry Sauce.
Cranberries are highly acidic, which discourages bacteria growth. Cranberry sauce can be made and refrigerated at least two weeks before serving, and leftovers are likely to stay fresh for another two weeks. If using frozen cranberries, do not defrost before use. Just allow extra cooking time.
